Refunds & Exchanges
Full refund policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In most cases, the cost of shipping is not covered by our refund policy. We take great care to package our glass, and are happy to report minimal breakage in shipping. If your item arrives broken, please send a picture of the packaging and the broken item to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make it right.
Please advise us when you post a return so we can watch for it from our end!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless arranged in advance. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
